On Drinking: Resistance

When you want to stop drinking, you're going to experience resistance in two big ways.
The first is the actual, physical piece (even if you're just a casual or social drinker,) and the second is the larger identity piece.
When something threatens who we believe we are, we tend to want to avoid it.
In this episode, I talk about overcoming resistance, and the importance of having a big, serving "why."
